Refund and Returns Policy

30-day returns
You may return any device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the device must be:
- In the same condition as delivered, with all included accessories.
- Free of new damage (cracks, liquid damage, bends).
- Signed out of all accounts, with activation locks (Find My iPhone, Google account) removed and the device factory reset.
How to start a return
- Email hello@teleused.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return authorization and the return address (and a prepaid label where applicable).
- Pack the device securely and ship it back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the device, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. If a returned device is damaged or has an active account lock, we may reduce or decline the refund and will contact you first.
Warranty repairs
If your device develops a functional fault within 12 months of delivery, contact us at hello@teleused.com. We will repair the device, replace it with an equivalent one, or refund you if neither is possible. Warranty returns are always free of charge.
Exchanges
Want a different model or storage size? Start a return as described above and place a new order, or mention the exchange in your email and we will help you directly.
