2. Products

We sell professionally refurbished, pre-owned phones. Every device is inspected, cleaned, tested, and fully unlocked. The cosmetic condition (for example “Excellent”, “Very good”, or “Good”) and battery health are stated on each product page. Product photos are illustrative; the exact device you receive matches the stated condition grade.

3. Ordering and contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch of your order by email. We may decline orders in case of stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes; any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is due at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout.

5. Delivery

We dispatch orders within the handling time shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers may return devices within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. The device must be returned in the condition received, with all included accessories, and with any activation locks (such as Find My iPhone or Google account locks) removed. 7. Warranty

All devices include a 12-month warranty covering functional defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, normal battery wear beyond the stated health, or unauthorized repairs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

10. Final provisions
